If you are considering applying for the Makers Cornwall Christmas Fair please read the following useful information.

  • Applications open at 10am on 1st April 2024 and close at 5pm on 26th April 2024.
  • This years Christmas Fair is on 8th – 10th November 2024, with set up on Thursday night of Friday daytime.
  • It is held at Penryn Campus Sports Centre, Penryn Campus, Penryn, TR10 9FE.
  • The Fair trading hours are Friday evening 6pm-9pm, Saturday 10am-4pm, and Sunday 10am-3pm.
  • Read the application form information thoroughly as you are completing it. Focusing especially on the photo image requirements. Click here for more info.
  • As we are using Google Drive you will need a Google account to upload your images.
  • Your products must be your own original work, we will not accept manufactured products that you have bought in if not designed by yourself.
  • If you are a new business which has traded since 1st January 2022 you can apply for the New Talent spots. Please read application form for further details.
  • Results of the selection process will be sent on via email on 20th May.
  • There is always a huge amount of interest in being a stallholder at the fair, and to enable the event to be fresh, varied and different each year for our visitors there will be some makers that will receive disappointing news on 20th May. Please understand that this is not necessarily a judgement on you or your work and we would always encourage you to apply again in the future.
